TwinRoutine — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TwinRoutine ("the app", "we") is developed by Stefano Gargioli. For any privacy question you can reach us at nactwofficial@gmail.com.

2. What data the app handles

The app only stores the information you choose to enter, such as:

• Your twins' names, birth dates and optional photo;
• Activities you log (feeds, diapers, sleep, bath, temperature, doctor visits, medicine);
• Growth entries, milestones and notes you add;
• Your in-app preferences (units, appearance, reminders).

We do not collect names, emails, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or usage analytics.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is saved locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, a copy may sync through your personal iCloud account so the app stays consistent across your own Apple devices. This iCloud sync is handled entirely by Apple and is tied to your Apple ID — it never reaches our servers (we don't have any), and it is not shared with other people or via Family Sharing.

4. No accounts, no servers, no tracking

• There is no sign-up and no login.
• The app does not send your data to us or to any third party.
• No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no cross-app tracking.

5. Purchases

TwinRoutine offers a one-time "Pro" purchase, processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of the transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

6. Notifications

If you enable reminders (e.g. a doctor-appointment reminder), they are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not sent through any external service.

7. Exporting & sharing

You can export your logbook as a CSV file or a monthly PDF, and you can create shareable milestone cards. These files are generated on your device and are shared only when you decide to, using the standard iOS share sheet (to the apps or people you pick). We are not involved in that sharing.

8. Children's information

The app is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not by children. Information about your children is entered by you and remains on your device / your iCloud, under your control, exactly like the rest of your data.

9. Keeping or deleting your data

Your data stays for as long as you keep the app. To delete it, you can clear entries within the app or delete the app from your device. To remove the iCloud copy, you can manage it from your device's iCloud settings. Because we hold no copy, deletion on your side is complete.

10. Not a medical record

TwinRoutine is a personal logbook. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Any document it produces contains only data you entered and is not a medical record. For any health concern about your children, consult a healthcare professional.

11. Third parties

The only third party involved is Apple, for iCloud sync (optional) and App Store purchases. No other third parties receive your data.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
